Can I get a discount on delivery?
We understand the importance of cost efficiency for our customers. However, we do not offer discounts on delivery. Our shipping costs are transparently calculated without incorporating any additional fees, ensuring that we pass on the exact prices from our carrier directly to our valued customers. This approach allows us to maintain both transparency and fairness in our pricing.
My Items arrived damaged or missing, how to report such case?
We deeply regret any inconvenience caused. If your items arrive damaged or are missing, it’s essential to take photographs immediately upon the truck’s arrival to document the condition. This will serve as evidence of any damage due to delivery. Please report any such incidents to us within 14 days of receiving your items. Regrettably, reports received after this period will not be eligible for compensation.
Are you offering express delivery?
Yes, we do offer express delivery. For orders to be eligible for next-day delivery, they must be placed before 12 a.m. Depending on the destination country, express deliveries will arrive either the next day or within two days. However, please note that we do not provide next-day express delivery to countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, or other non-EU nations that are geographically distant from Germany. Additionally, deliveries to non-EU countries might experience delays due to customs paperwork and related organizational processes.
